Our general Terms and Conditions:

• Our Terms and Warranties are standard and are an essential part of our business.
• Greater Manchester Builders offer to beat like for like written quotations that are realistic in terms of costs in the present market.
• This offer to beat like for like written quotations is not binding and is entirely at the discretion of Greater Manchester Builders.
• We ask you for 25% of the contract sum to accompany your order. This payment acts as both a confirmation of the order and an upfront payment for relevant building materials and services.
• We will agree with you at the start of the contract what stage payments are to be paid and when.
• Once your work has been completed we ask you to pay a final balance amounting to 10% of the contract sum.
• You should not wait for your Building Regulations Completion Certificate before paying the balance.
• Further Terms and Conditions are written on the back of our contracts.
